If a foreign motor vehicle causes an accident in Denmark, and you have the name of the insurance company of the foreign vehicle, please check our List of Correspondents to see if the foreign insurer has a Danish correspondent. If you can find the foreign insurer on the list, please contact the Danish correspondent directly.

If the foreign insurer is not on List of Correspondents – or if you do not have the name of the foreign insurer - you can get information here: Please fill in the form below and click "send".

DFIM will forward your request to our partners abroad. Once we have received an answer we will contact you via e-mail. Please note that our foreign partners have 3 months to answer. Click here for The Internal Regulations, art. 13.
